The Professional Partner Network (PPN) is Gather & Grow Community Collective’s framework for supporting facilitators, artists, and wellness practitioners who offer programming within our community. It exists to reduce administrative burden, create shared structure, and allow partners to focus more fully on their work — the work that brings people together.
We recognize that meaningful facilitation requires presence, preparation, and care. Too often, that work is accompanied by invisible labor: compliance requirements, tracking, coordination, and logistical oversight. The Professional Partner Network is our way of holding much of that infrastructure so partners can stay rooted in what they do best.
Through the Professional Partner Network, Gather & Grow seeks to provide behind-the-scenes support that helps aligned programs run smoothly and responsibly. This includes:
Administrative coordination
We support scheduling, basic logistics, and program setup so facilitators aren’t navigating these pieces alone.
Compliance and organizational structure
Gather & Grow maintains nonprofit oversight, policies, and systems that support ethical, transparent programming. This includes tracking required documentation, maintaining internal processes, and ensuring offerings align with our organizational standards.
Participant and program tracking
We handle attendance tracking, basic reporting, and internal documentation needed to understand how programs are functioning over time.
Payment processing and financial administration
When applicable, Gather & Grow manages participant payments, facilitator compensation, and internal financial records, reducing the need for partners to manage transactional systems independently.
Insurance and risk-aware structure
Programs offered through Gather & Grow operate within an insured nonprofit container, adding a layer of organizational protection and accountability.
Communication support
We assist with event listings, registration workflows, and basic promotion through Gather & Grow’s channels, allowing facilitators to focus more on facilitation than marketing.
By holding this infrastructure, the Professional Partner Network is designed to give partners more space for:
Facilitation and creative work
Program development and refinement
Relationship-building with participants
Staying grounded, present, and resourced in their work
Rather than asking facilitators to become administrators, marketers, or compliance experts, the network is built to honor facilitation as a skilled, relational practice.
The Professional Partner Network is intentionally not a marketplace or gig platform. It is a relationship-based framework rooted in shared values: care, accessibility, integrity, and sustainability.
Partnership within this network emphasizes:
mutual respect and clarity
transparent communication
community-centered decision-making
thoughtful pacing and growth
This structure is especially important to us as we grow slowly and intentionally, ensuring that neither partners nor participants are stretched beyond what feels sustainable.
The Professional Partner Network is currently in an early and evolving stage. We are continuing to listen, learn, and refine how this support is offered as Gather & Grow moves toward expanded programming in 2026 and beyond.
Our goal is not rapid expansion, but thoughtful collaboration — building systems that genuinely support the people who make this work possible.
If you’re curious about future collaboration or alignment, we welcome conversation. The network will continue to take shape alongside the community it serves.
